What You'll Pay and How We Quote

Every renovation is different, so we don't work from a price list. We come out, walk round the house with you and look at what you want doing, room by room. Then we put together a quote that sets out the work, the order we'll do it in and what's included.

The visit and the quote are free. If anything changes once the walls are opened up, we stop, show you what we've found and talk it through before any extra work goes ahead. Nothing gets added to the job without you agreeing to it first.

Survey visitWe look at the whole property, not just the room you called about, so we can spot problems early and plan the work in a sensible order.
A clear quoteYou get a quote that breaks the job down into stages, so you can see where the work and the money are going.
Strip-out and structural workWe clear out what needs to go and deal with anything structural first, from knocking through walls to fitting steels.
First and second fixWalls, floors and ceilings are made good, then the house is put back together ready for the finishes.
Finishing tradesPlastering, tiling, flooring and decorating are done by the same team, so there is no waiting around for the next trade to turn up.
Walk-round and handoverWe go round the finished job with you and sort out anything that isn't right before we call it done.

It depends on the size of the house and how much is being done. A couple of rooms can take a few weeks, while a full renovation with structural work can run to a few months. We give you a realistic timeline with your quote.

Often, yes. We can plan the work in stages so part of the house stays usable. For bigger jobs, especially where the kitchen or bathroom is out, some families choose to stay elsewhere for part of it. We'll talk it through at the survey.

We take on the building work and the finishing trades ourselves: plastering, rendering, tiling, flooring, and painting and decorating. That keeps one team responsible for the whole job.

Older houses often hide things like rotten joists or tired wiring. If we find something, we stop, show you and agree what to do before going any further.

Yes. The survey visit and the quote cost you nothing, and there is no obligation to go ahead.
