What You'll Pay and How We Quote
Every bathroom is priced on what it needs. The size of the room, the state of the walls and floor, and whether anything is moving all make a difference, so we look before we quote.
The visit and the quote are free, and the quote spells out the work so you know exactly what you are getting.

What the Work Covers
A bathroom gets more water, steam and wear than any other room, so the work you cannot see matters most. We take the time to prepare walls and floors properly before a single tile goes on.
- Removing the old suite and tiles
- Repairing and preparing walls and floors
- Boarding walls where needed
- Wall and floor tiling
- Fitting the new suite
- Sealing, finishing and decorating
The Process
What to Expect
- VisitWe look at the room, check what is behind the old tiles where we can and talk through what you want.
- Your quoteA free quote that covers the strip-out, preparation, tiling and fitting.
- Strip-outThe old suite and tiles come out and the room is taken back so we can see what we are working with.
- PreparationWalls and floors are made good and properly prepared, because a bathroom only lasts if what is under the tiles is right.
- Tiling and fittingThe tiles go on, the suite goes in and everything is finished and sealed neatly.
